What you can expect | We put people in the center of the technical workflow

• You are responsible for the technical preparation of hybrid conferences / videoconferences in the customer’s video conference rooms and support the users during the conferences, if requested.
• You ensure that the technology in the customer’s video conference rooms is working properly at all times.
• As the first point of contact for the customer’s users, you will always have an open ear for their concerns and handle support requests received by phone, e-mail or via the ticket system.

What you bring  | We are looking for employees who inspire

• You live and breathe service. Your strength is professional communication with users and colleagues at all hierarchical levels. Working independently and on schedule is a matter of course for you.
• You are enthusiastic about audio and video technology. Crestron, MTR and DSP are familiar terms to you.
• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the field of media technology, electrical engineering, event technology or IT, or have a comparable degree or professional experience in one of these areas.
• Your English skills are very good.
