Digital workplace services provider, AVI-SPL, will unveil the latest version of its patented Symphony user experience management application at InfoComm 2019
TAMPA, Fla. – June 11, 2019 – Taking aim at further improving the digital workplace experience, AVI-SPL, the leading digital workplace services provider for organizations globally, will launch Symphony 4.7 this week at InfoComm 2019. The latest installment of the technology services provider’s patented user experience management application, Symphony 4.7 is highlighted by its increased business intelligence and actionable analytics.
With Symphony, AVI-SPL’s Global Service Operations team, or its customer’s internal IT department, can track and collect vital information like ticket priority, room utilization, attendance tracking, as well as device activity and health to optimize the user experience.
“Symphony is designed to enhance the employee and guest experience in today’s digital workplace,” said Laurie Berg, AVI-SPL’s director of product management. “The addition of these actionable analytics will provide organizations with the vital data they need to make more informed and accurate business decisions. We’re very excited for our customers to begin seeing and utilizing these significant metrics.”
According to a study conducted by Forrester Research titled, “Total Economic Impact of AVI-SPL’s Digital Workplace Solutions,” AVI-SPL – utilizing Symphony and its services team – were able to increase its customers’ conference room utilization by 20 percent, reduce total cost of ownership by 60 percent, and increase productivity value capture by $11.9 million over a three year period for typical large enterprise organizations. The common factors included technology that was reliable and easy-to-use, diminishing the time wasted attempting to start a meeting, and ultimately improving the meeting room experience for all participants.
Additional benefits included in Symphony 4.7 Upgrade:
-
- Integrated end-to-end collaboration workflow: Expanded integration with leading cloud services partners, providing visibility to all meeting resources, like scheduling and service ticketing, on a single platform.
- Expanded adapter library: Streamlined integration with leading collaboration technology manufacturers’ devices, data aggregators, and controllers
- Broadened focus on proactive monitoring: Guarantee a great user experience by ensuring high-quality performance. Conduct adhoc sweeps of devices per room, location, or account to quickly see which rooms are “ready”, have “warnings”, or are “not ready”, access tickets via the room view or ticket map view, and take appropriate action.
Berg added, “AVI-SPL’s main goal with Symphony is to simplify user engagement, improve meeting success, and create better business outcomes for a successful digital workplace strategy. With Symphony 4.7, we believe we’re accomplishing that.”
Check out a live demonstration of Symphony 4.7 at AVI-SPL Booth #3852 at InfoComm 2019 in Orlando from Wednesday, June 12 through Friday, June 14.
